Remanufactures make use of waste empty laser printer Cartridges collected from customers followed by cleaning , disassembling and replacing all necessary parts including high quality toner in each cartridge in a factory
environment before the cartridges are tested , branded and sold for 45-50% less than Original prices while giving the same excellent printing results.
Cleaning Process
Each cartridge being cleaned in HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter cleaning workstation. The ionizer air gun used in the machine de-ionizes smallest of the particle to make the body toner free. There is no contamination of old and new toner when cleaned in this work station.
Densitometer Test
This machine GretagMacbeth (used for checking print quality) bought from Switzerland is used to check the depth of the colors. Black, Cyan, Magenta & Yellow are the primary colors. By checking the darkness of the print some parameters like density of prints and yield can be known.
Post Print Test
Each product is being post tested with different parameters like half tone, E-Page on 5% coverage, Lambordini Page , grey scale check, 100 % black page, graphic page to give original like print quality.
